Sorry Larry for the thread jack.. I'd love to own a skunk, that is actually what I was looking for, but Graham gave me such a good deal on the L model I got from him that I couldn't pass up what was essentially a free bike. I owe him at least a half a dozen blinker parties ;-). Besides he spent a good bit of time and money on it already, and at this point I'm super close to having her on the road (and seriously looking forward to riding it). The way funds work for me is that I get an allowance that is outside the family budget (the wife doesn't get my MC addiction). Right now most of it is going to paying off the loan I have on my VFR, the rest pretty much goes to MC parts, tires, insurance, tags/registration fees, etc. So I'm about a year out before I can start buying bikes to fix up. And even with that I'll probably get one, fix it up, sell it and then buy 2, and so on, until I reach a number that I can realistically do per year without making my familly wonder who that guy in the garage is.
