Sorry to hear they stripped, it happens. While I know it is too late now but in the future if you use some penetrant oil and a good fitting screw driver (JIS), then tap on the screw driver to help break them loose, go slow and work it in an out until you get the screw out. Now to answer your question, if there is any bit of the screw you can get a bite on try what I described. if not then take a small flat blade screw driver that you don't care about, file it sharp and whack it with a hammer to try and cut a slot in the screws. once you get a slot do the oil, tapping, going slow in and out thing until it comes out. if the head snaps off then your looking a drilling and tapping for the next size screw.
