clarify what to expect and where to go for help. Example:
Use:
* joyent/node GitHub issues for confirmed bugs in Node core
* This list for discussion of general Node issues, technical and otherwise
* Gitter for quick one-time help requests
* node-forward on GitHub for user help documents
* ….
(the above is an example, and does not imply that they are the actual or
preferred usage for these media :-))
