The dataset, chart, and dashboard soft-delete sections now state that `SOFT_DELETE` defaults to `True` with lifecycle `testing`, describe the default path as recoverable soft delete, and reserve legacy permanent hard-delete behavior for flag-off deployments. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
