Review Comment:
Swapping `pyodbc` for `databricks-dbapi[sqlalchemy]` drops the ODBC driver
this URI needs, and that extra pins SQLAlchemy below 2.0 while Superset
requires `>=2.0.52`, so the documented install either fails to resolve or still
lacks the driver. Could this list the driver package that actually provides
`databricks+pyodbc` under SQLAlchemy 2.0, or note that this legacy path is
incompatible?

Review Comment:
Replacing `pyhive` with `databricks-dbapi[sqlalchemy]` removes the Hive
driver `databricks+pyhive` depends on, and that extra requires SQLAlchemy below
2.0 while Superset requires `>=2.0.52`, so following this metadata either fails
dependency resolution or raises a missing-module error. Could this keep
`pyhive` and flag the SQLAlchemy 2.0 incompatibility instead?
