No other machines experiencing this problem. This is a replacement PC that was moved there for the user. Her old PC was a Windows 98 Token Ring PC and did not experience this problem.
I installed this PC and started getting this error. The PC was windows 2000 SP2 and Ethernet Nic. I have totally ran new network cable (it was Type 1, and not it's enhanced cat 5) and still getting the problem. I have even moved the connection on the Switch to a different port.
