I think those are generous offers on both of your parts.
Doing some ConTeXt work yesterday, and continuing in my status as
semi-n00b, I was constrained by the absence of the wiki. A mirror would be
great.
Either would be good, although there might be things (speed, bandwidth,
latency) to be said for having one on the west side of the pond. (I assume
tug.org is hosted somewhere in North America.)
