When you start vim and say "set syntax=ruby", vim should find the
syntax file automatically. For example under:
    /usr/share/vim/vimXX/syntax/ruby.vim
    c:/programs/vim/vimXX/syntax/ruby.vim
depending on your vim runtime environment.
