Don't have much experience with XenApp Fundamentals, but it looks like it
installs the Session Host end along with a Web Interface instance (not sure
what version you're running, I'm assuming version 6)

On the Web Interface server, (either on the web site or the services site,
not sure what Fundamentals uses), there should be a configuration item for
Server Farms or similar. In this config item, you will provide the address
of some XenApp servers - XML brokers. These servers basically provide the
list of applications and entitlements to a user logging in via the web
interface (either web site or services site). That's grossly simplified,
but never mind.

Are the servers specified here (as XML brokers for the web interface)
online and responding (i.e. all Citrix services running)? Do they have any
errors in the event logs? Are there any errors in the event logs on the Web
Interface server itself?

Cheers,

JR
