CNN is reporting that the "Afghanistan Opposition" are claiming responsibility for the attacks in Kabul tonight. U.S. Gov't officials have already said that we (the U.S.) didn't have anything to do with it.
I've heard nothing about Belgrade or Baghdad, FWIW.
