He voiced an objection, I voiced an opinion that I wasn't bothered by the signature, and thought it interesting that someone who couldn't be bothered to put his real name as a display name had rights to impose his desires on the community. I know several who have interesting username@gmail.comaddresses, but do put their real name, or what I think is their real name out there. Ben Scott, for example is mailvortex.
