Never ever heard of that happening. You normally only get that prompt to log people off when connecting to a console session via RDP that already has someone logged in. Are you sure you aren't working via a server (maybe Citrix) session originally and then trying to connect to the server again via RDP? As far as I can read it, that is the only way that could happen.
