Since there is no thumbwheel or ball, click whatever the heck you are
supposed to click to simulate balls or thumbwheels.

Typically when you upgrade the OS you need to reactivate the phone to the
BES server.

That usually means just sending them a new activation code and going through
the steps (Options, Advanced Options, Enterprise Activation). No need to
reset or wipe the device.

You may also try:

1. Options > Network > Click Thumbwheel > Start Provisioning

2. Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Click Thumbwheel >
Register Now

On a side note, I have played with the Storm. Fantastic device UNLESS you
are a heavy email or text user. I just didn't enjoy the keyboard at all.

Anyone supporting these on BES? I have a couple of guys who got theirs and
its been working (they both hate them btw) and apparently there was some
software upgrade they applied this morning and blew out both their bes
connections. I went through and reset the phone, reset activation and no go.
Just wondering if anyone else has similar experiences.

Running BES Express 4.1.4
