Sucks to be them J I've told everyone to make sure they test drive one before buying and everyone I know who has done it wasn't pleased.
Now the Bold on the other hand is wonderful. Javelin is next and it looks good as well. Probably a few bucks cheaper than Bold as well. I had them reset the handheld, try to re-activate several times today and nothing. The etp message makes it to the email but the phone never picks it up. Ill get support on the phone on Monday. In regard to the heavy user, these guys are travelling the world most of the time and can't go an hour without email (else I get the call!) so that's likely why they don't like them. That usually means just sending them a new activation code and going through the steps (Options, Advanced Options, Enterprise Activation). No need to reset or wipe the device. You may also try: 1. Options > Network > Click Thumbwheel > Start Provisioning 2. Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Click Thumbwheel > Register Now On a side note, I have played with the Storm. Fantastic device UNLESS you are a heavy email or text user. I just didn't enjoy the keyboard at all. I went through and reset the phone, reset activation and no go. Just wondering if anyone else has similar experiences.
