If I have a user on the phone I can walk the biggest ID10T I have sending me a Remote Assistance in under 60 seconds and since there's a time out on the invitation there's no issue with privacy. AND it's built in - no new versions, no other issues it just works 100% of the time.

At this point, once VNC is installed, all a user has to do is call me and tell me "I'm having trouble with x, can you take a look?"
