Had one the other day with Windows Police Pro on it and couldn't boot into safe mode, couldn't run the task manager fix and couldn't load / run MBytes. After about 2 1/2 hours (shouldn't have spent more than 10 minutes, but I'm stubborn), I finally prescribed a format & re-install.
I can sort of understand how the Trojan authors get off on their cleverness, but I'm advocating that we bring back public flogging, just for them...
