I would call them and ask them if you need a BB Enterprise plan to use BES. If yes, ask them if there is one on that number.

My first two phones activated just fine but I have one that sits at initalizing on both the phone and server sides. I have tried both the wireless and wired/usb methods. I have also removed the activation and recreated the user. Still no luck. This phone is about 6 months old and it did upgrade a bunch of apps when I hooked it up to the usb cable.
