Try looking here - C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
PSTs and OSTs are usually stored in the above folder. If the file was deleted, you can try using a file restore program like "EasyRecovery" from www.ontrack.com to recover the file. Good luck!
