pak gimana kalau rusunami..? saya denger ada orang beli sampe 30 unit... (120jt x 30 = 3.6M) jadi spekulan property kayaknya cukup menarik juga... bisa cuan 10% dalam sebulan (kalo unitnya udah habis)
