two plants were taken some time between last evening and midday today, sat. 16th. both are spekbooms 30-35 cms tall and full of leaves. if someone comes to sell them please try to call vetus schola or photograph the sellers who could well be the plant thieves. or get a msg to me: 0721897437
i've been creating a bed of indigenous plants next to a house corner of scott/robins rds on the scott rd side. it has been a bit of a battle, the sand being so poor and needing much good soil added that would also hold water. plants have been stolen before but i nursed these spekbooms from tiny cuttings and put them out there in an attempt to improve the badly polluted air - we need as many of them as possible. hence i've written this appeal. many thanks debra -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Observatory Neighbourhood watch" group.
