I have just received my SMS with the case number 452/7/2011 3.25 hours after I made the call. Perhaps I mishear the Constable when I thought he said 32 hours!
I am suitably impressed. This has been excellent service. Now to complete it it would be fabulous to receive a call saying I can come and collect from mirrors! I would appreciate that this message gets through to the Station Commander and that the two Constables be commended for great service.
