Hmm... I didn't knew this. Could you please clarify me some things on this point, then? Does this means that contributions I make for projects that reside in the USA, such as octave-forge, are bound in some way to the USA (even tough I am not), and that if in the case they one day end up being covered by a rule that blocks their exportation, they will be bound by such rules and I won't be allowed to distribute it myself by some other means?
