This is where it's worth pointing out that NT is a nice platform because it fixes
some of your errors since it's memory management is better when an application
closes it seldom 'loses' memory after the process exits... This is not meaning it
is the fault Win9x that the memory is lost merely that it provides a better watchdog
(by no means infallible)... If you're having memory problems they're most likely
the fault of your app not the OS - we've done considerable development on Win9x
and WinNT and whilst WinNT is by far the superior choice ALL problems have
come down to faulty code, faulty installation - NT will 'help' with the first but not 
at
all with the second and can often suffer worse from corrupt installations...
