The Xtra connection typically requires that the DNS be set up manually, for
some reason.
Their servers are 202.27.184.3 for the primary and 202.27.184.5 for the
secondary.
The IP address is server assigned. From experience if this isn't set up
properly you won't be able to connect. Why Xtra don't use server assigned
name servers I don't know.
