I use firefox as my primary browser and ie for 'compatabilty' testing. Not much doesn't work Except http://wp.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/3.0/handbook/javascript/
Didnt know about that middle click though, Id like to program it so all links opened in a new tab

it completely self contained like opera?
I've used Firefox as my browser since the 0.8 release and you'd have to pry it from my cold dead fingers now :-)
The tabbed browsing is a must-have, as middle-click will open anything in a new tab. Their google bar is wondeful, better than Google's own one for IE.
The ad blocking is the best there is and no commercial browser will ever implement anything as powerful IMO, advertisers and the likes of DoubleClick seem more important to the boards of MS and Netscape :-)
You'll find the odd site which is so IE specific and non-HTML standard that Firefox doesn't render correctly but it's like 1 in a 100.
Try it, you won't regret it and it will import your current IE settings.
TTFN, Paul.
