You can get around this though.

Each extension has a min version and max version which they are compatible with, but most of them work anyway.

If you go in and change the max version to 0.10+ then the plugins all work again.

Goto C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.b8t\extensions and take a look at extensions.rdf.

You may also have to edit install.rfs for each extension which is under each guid folder here.

Be aware that if you install FireFox PR1.0 released this week, it will refuse to work with approx 90% of your extensions. ;-)  Although the Googlebar extension was updated this morning.

Firefox rocks. A gazillion interesting extensions too - ones I have are the IE link which gives you an 'open link in IE' option on the mouse context (right click) menu and the 'reload every x minutes' extension. Everyone at work is using it now.

BTW, a useful by-product of the Firefox google bar is using it to highlight words on the current page - just type the words to be highlighted in as the search term but don't hit enter (which would go to Google). Then just use the highlight words button and it works on the current page.
