Who is this directed to? We can't *not* activate accounts, as previously 
discussed. I can send you a list of people that have activated their 
accounts since today, but we can't limit those accounts in any way in 
terms of how that interact with the applications. In addition, last year 
I helped people fix various account issues (missing SSH keys, logon 
problems) during the entire election process, so I'm not sure what you 
are asking here from an operational standpoint.

We have no plans to send out additional reminders, however.
