Absolutely agree, and I bet no one will argue with you - FWIW, the OGB hasn't
used ogb-private often during the year as there have been very few occasions
where it has been needed.

As secretary I send draft minutes there to get a final sign-off that they
accurately reflect the discussion before I send to ogb-discuss.
