Hello Dr. Fielding,

 Could please elaborate?  The grounds for termination of a community 
group by the OGB are:

*7.12. Termination.* A Community Group is terminated by act of the OGB 
or by reduction of its named Core Contributors to a number less than 
three (3).  [...]

  I do not see stipulation in Articles VII or VIII to support your 
appeal.  A specific citation of the constitution to
support this appeal is appreciated.
