Hi Boris,
    Awesome - I'm really glad to see AMD's increased open source 
participation lately.  This is great news.  I think either option 1 or 3 
are fine.  The precedent set by Intel is to do #3 (see: 
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/intel-platform/) which would allow you 
to create as many lists and sub-projects/repositories under one "Make 
Solaris kick butt on AMD" project.  I think this would probably give you 
the freedom and least amount of hassle in getting lists/repos setup to 
move forward.
