Given the new information I've received, and my own personal
experience with "breaking" my account today, I am no
longer in favor of this proposal. -1

Thank you, though, for your efforts in this area. You've
all given me a lot to think about.  We did actually manage
to get 151 people to come to the IRC meeting, which is a
good sign for interest in the election. We can do this,
and we can do this in a way that nobody can cast a shadow
on.
