That's easy enough to fix; just require that all "game rules" must be OGC, or
that the *entire* work must be covered under the OGL. (Or, a majority of the
work--60% or higher--covered under the OGL and containing D20SRD-derived OGC.)

Heck, that's cool. Of course, there's probably some reason we can't make it that
simple.
Drat sneaky people--if they didn't try and twist out of contracts, contracts
wouldn't be so complex!

Don't forget that a good portion of d20 games should stand on their own, with
*only* the PHB or D20SRD as a reference.
