Must have been a burst of midnight paranoia on my part...

So the actual things you could not say would look sort of like:

> > >1) The product cannot include rules for creating characters; meaning
>rules
> > >for determining starting ability scores,

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: Roll 4d6, dropping the lowest, then assign to each
skill.

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: Select a racial template for your character by choosing
from the following list...

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: Select a class for your character by choosing from the
following list...

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: Select a skill from the following list, paying the
listed skill point. You can only allocate "x" points to each skill.

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: Select a feat for your character from the following
list...

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: When a character exceeds threshold Z in experience
points, increment that character's level by one, either by increasing an
existing class by one level, or by taking a new class at level 1.

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: Select a skill from the following list, or from your
list of existing skills, paying the listed skill points. You can only
allocate "x" points to this skill skill.

UNMENTIONABLE RULE: You may select a new feat every "x" levels. Select a
feat from the following list...

Does this sound right?
