That is a very well thought out document. I especially like the clear zone
which effectively governs the modifiers in the clear zone. Are you
considering modifiers like that? Such modifiers might be useful to
distinguish between extensions in the d20 SRD (like the Swords & Sorcery
extensions). I also like the list of invalid logos, with a statement of why
they are invalid.
Will you require registration? It seems a sensible step if it is free. You
don't have to DO anything with the registration info...
