D20STL comments: #3 is new, but doesn't look problematic. #4 specifies 45 days from transmittal, but #5 calls the cure period 30 days... a typo? Oh, and the written notice of termination in #5 is nice. #9 seems a *bit* harsh, but it could just be me. The address in #11 seems to have the first two lines reversed--shouldn't it be "d20 STA c/0 WotC", not "WotC c/o d20 STA." Or maybe "WotC re: d20 STA" General note: the requirement to use the D20SRD is gone! What's with that? Maybe WotC should be able to revoke the D20STL individually for misuse of the D20TM et al, but only by using them in a non "d20" game? The D20Guide seems to have some license terms in it--which could or could not be a good thing. Hmm.... would a definition of a "roleplaying game" be appropriate for the guide's General Definitions section? DM
