Sure. I'm not convinced that the abilities you are attributing to 'culture'
are in fact culturally based. I can see equally strong arguments that
Dwarven 'Stonecunning', Elven 'Detect Secret Doors' and Gnomish spells are
in fact due to a creature's innate abilities rather than how they were
raised. That doesn't really matter though, because your opinion on this
issue is just as valid as mine. It is an interesting exercise regardless.
