I've worked out a list of item creation feats available only to the 
Tinker/Inventor. Combined with Crafts and an Inventing skill the character 
develops items of a varying cost in time, money, and something I haven't 
developed yet. Convention suggests experience points but I'm not sure how I 
feel about that.

This is in a very rough stage as I have only been working on structure and 
numbers. Special effects are not on the drawing board yet.
