Is it levelless as well? I'm doing a classless and levelless system for D&D right
now. It is mostly done, just have to get it html'd.

If you are making the base attack into a skill, the easiest way to do so would be to
find a way to figure out if it is a class skill or not.
Here is how I handled it for D&D: http://www.gamedistrict.net/UUSkills.htm
There have been some changes, for example, all the weapon styles are now under
Combat Skills.

I am sort of curious as to the need for a semi-class skill. I suppose I would need
to know more about how you are handling levels and skills in order to understand.
For example, how are you determining class and cross-class skills?
Have Fun,
