Classless yes, levelless no. I like levels because it splits the "power" buying
phase into chunks. Plus I need it for XP vs CR calcs.

I'm breaking Base Attack into two skills, Melee and Range Attacks. If the
character wants to excel at certain weapons he can use the Specialty Skill rules
I posted earlier.

At creation time, each character will get a certain number of class skills and a
certain number of semi-class skills, all others will be cross-class. Note that
I'm using those names right now for clarity's sake, I'll come up with something
else later. Also, I'm going to make some skills (Force skills mostly), more
difficult than others so having three types of skills will help there.
