The new halfing (and I am paraphrasing) is athletic, slim, a nomad , and by
all accounts has no hair on his feet! Also they have changed the names from
a Hairfoot to a Lightfoot and a Stout to a Deep Halfling (original huh?)

Also some of the racial bonuses are follwing a different angle (a bonus to
climb walls ...in 2ed they received a minus ..) etc.
