There probably aren't any (or very, very few anyway) financial
institutions out there that are likely to give a small business loan for
that type of a start up company unless you have some damned good
collateral, as they will not take this type of a business seriously, and
will look at it as a big risk.  Having pursued this route for a business
that I had previously owned several years ago, it is not an easy task to
secure a loan for a start up of any kind.  When I had tried, my business
had already been in business for a couple of years, we had a good
reputation, and where showing a profit, thus the loan was for expansion
into a new market area, and even then it is tricky.  We even had a
business plan with all the figures showing our expectations of the
resulting growth, with supporting documentation.
