[OGF-L] OGC in Crooks

Anyone got this M&M product?  What's OGC in that product?

Is it true that none of the feats, rules, etc. are declared as OGC?  Not even the mechanics buried in the feats?   Or was I misinformed?

I suspect I must have faulty information.  I don't own this product.
