I agree.  The "Requires use of" language implicitly
implies compatibility without forcing Wizards to hawk
over each product produced under any detailed
compatibility system.  It allows free use of the
d20SRD, but creates a nice separating wall that girds
each manufacturer's creative independence.

I like the simplicity of the OGL and d20STL as they
stand.  Now, if we could just get the d20 SRD....
