That's what I would have thought to, before the legal staff laid their
weird ass "in the eyes of the law, all computer files are software"
statement on me last month.   This bunch of land sharks _has_ said some
things that are full tilt out their, err, back sides, before but, they
were _so_ emphatic about that one....   

The fact that a lawsuit may be in the works may have something to do with
why they are acting so, well, land sharky.
