    Not sure about having to ship a printout of the open content along with a 
disk that contains software.  How about something that allows a 
machine-readable version to be included as a SEPARATE distinct file?  A PDF 
or even pure TXT?  Along with this, a requirement that both the installation 
startup screen and the first screen of the program itself reference where 
this file is located?
