It is my understanding that the OGL which is being worked on and discussed
here is specifically for the d20 system.  Hence Ryan Dancy and WotC's
involvement.  Anyone else could create another OGL for their own Open Source
Game. But since the d20 system is the only Open Source RPG currently in
development, that's what this list is all about.
