Martin, I really hope you don't mean that. Are you telling me that if I did the
work on a net Montrous Manual, you would have absolutely no qualms about taking
it printing out as-is, make lots of money, and then not contribute any open
content back to the community? That would be cool to you?

Perhaps, but I've been racking my brains for something to describe the phenomena
as accurately. Unfortunately, I can't. Since I already promised not to use the
"L" word, I'm going to have to come up with something else. But nothing else is
appropriate with out the connotations attached.

We are talking about the open gaming community here right? Not the D&D network
community.
