One last time...and then I'll stop...really...okay, I'll try real hard to
stop...

The following is my plan for d20 stuff we produce:

new rules we create - open game content
stats for NPCs - probably open unless it jeopardizes our rights to the
character (have to check on that one)
monster stats - open game content
setting, story, characters - closed for exploitation (word used purposefully)
by me

And there are no guarantees that we'll have new OGC in every product. I
can't answer that at this time as we are early in the process.

If this doesn't meet with the approval of everyone (not that I am looking for
approval from anyone other than the customers and players), fine. Don't care.

If the people like what we produce, they'll buy it and I'll make money. And
then I'll be able to quit my day job again and do this full time again and
maybe even buy a new used car.

If people don't like my stuff, they won't buy it. I'll lose money (or
not...might just break even). And it'll take me a little longer to quit the
day job again.

And I'll even throw this in, which on a certain level goes against the basic
principles by which a business operates:

I'll include information about any other publisher of d20 materials who wants
it on a special page or two in the back of my products. Something like a
website address and a paragraph (supplied by them) letting people know what
you do. For free.

But I will not be including information from the list Nazis that think I am
not/will not be contributing to the OGC. You know who you are. Don't bother
sending me the info.

But everyone else can.

Our first book should be ready in November...depends on a couple of factors I
can't get into right now...:D
