That is what they are there to do. To be used by those that want to use them. However they want to be used. Contrary to how I seem to be coming across, i have absolutely no problem with members of the community (in this case the Open Gaming Community) using the rules that are a part of the community. It is the "members" - those that don't contribute but yet only take from the community that I don't particularly care for. Since i have yet to see anyone like that, I'm not sure it is much of a problem at the moment. However, now is when we set precedence.
