Yes and no. The license does require that the copyright notice accompany
the open content. However, to the average consumer, what is more
noticeable, the big bold letter's on the front of the product that
proclaims BILL'S BOOK OF WONDROUS MONSTERS. or all the small little
copyright notices in the back of the book?
